At the helm of Studio Spooky is Tate A.K. Obayashi, a multi-disciplinary artist living and surviving in New York City. Born in Canada and raised in California, she enjoys Peter Greenaway films, true crime podcasts, Gary Numan’s “The Pleasure Principle” and a good beef tataki.
